__ts looks good to me, it's the TO_TS64_P and TO_ITS64_P
that don't look right. They are not a part of the libc interface,
so I'd say they just shouldn't be in that header, but in some other,
internal-use-only header instead. If there's no other place for them
they should have at least the leading underscore.
