[uclibc-ng-devel] [ARM][FDPIC]: Add support for Thumb-only processors.

      Hi,

This patch enables to compile uClibc-ng in FDPIC mode with a compiler
defaulting to Thumb mode (eg. targeting a cortex-M processor).
