Hi Ramin,
FLAT and c6x is not a valid combinaton. c6x is DSBT only, there is
no support for c6x in elf2flt.
If you use OpenADK for testing, it will prevent to choose FLAT in
make menuconfig.

c6x build fails because DT_DSBT_BASE_IDX is not defined
seems that #include <dl-sysdep.h> is missing if the compiler defines __DSBT__
