Hi,
what do you think about attached patch to unbreak c-sky for kernel
5.x and gcc 9.2.
Tested in Qemu with static/shared builds.

Remove ARCH_HAS_DEPRECATED_SYSCALLS is OK for linux-5.x of csky.
C-SKY use asm-generic/fcntl.h
If you want to try csky linux-5.x qemu, here is the tips:
