Why don't we setup an instance of Patchwork for uClibc-ng? There's one for olde good uClibc here https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/uclibc but there's no such very convenient thing for uClibc-ng.
It should be pretty simple - we did this for "linux-arc" recently.

I think you can just email Jeremy Kerr (jk@ozlabs.org) who maintains the patchwork instance on ozlabs.
